Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and teardown of studio equipment, lighting, and sets for various production needs (photo, video, audio).
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is stored correctly and the environment is professional.
- Manage and track studio inventory, including props, equipment, and supplies, reporting any needs for repair or replenishment.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing basic documents.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed appropriately.
- Support creative teams during shoots by running errands, assisting with styling, or managing props as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks to keep the studio in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and studio guidelines.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in studio operations and suggest solutions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and French (bilingualism preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of initiative, punctuality, and reliability.
