Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of various studio equipment (cameras, lights, audio gear, props).
- Safely transport equipment to and from studio sets, storage areas, and external locations as required.
- Organize and maintain inventory of studio equipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good working order.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prolong its lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and organize cables, stands, and other accessories to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles for off-site shoots or events.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
- Communicate effectively with production staff to understand equipment needs and schedules.
- Learn and adapt to new equipment technologies and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (for potential off-site transport).
