Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers and lighting technicians with studio setup and breakdown for various shoots.
- Handle, maintain, and organize a variety of lighting equipment, including strobes, continuous lights, modifiers, stands, and grip gear.
- Set up and adjust lighting according to specific instructions and creative direction, ensuring optimal illumination.
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of minor equipment issues to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare and organize backdrops, props, and other studio accessories required for each project.
- Ensure the studio space is clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after shoots, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with cable management and power distribution to maintain a hazard-free and efficient working environment.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all studio safety protocols, equipment handling guidelines, and best practices.
- Provide general assistance to the production team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a helpful attitude during shoots.
- Actively observe, ask questions, and learn from experienced professionals to continuously develop lighting skills and technical expertise.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of photography or videography principles.
