Career.zycto is actively searching for a highly organized, passionate, and experienced Studio Manager to lead operations at a premier recording facility located in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, client communication, and session coordination.
  • Manage studio bookings, ensure accurate invoicing, and track payments effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with sound engineers, producers, and other staff to ensure successful recording, mixing, and mastering sessions.
  • Maintain studio equipment inventory, coordinate repairs, and oversee regular maintenance schedules.
  • Manage studio supplies, ensuring all necessary consumables are stocked.
  • Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures to ensure a professional and efficient working environment.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, social media updates, and promotional activities for the studio.
  • Onboard new clients, providing facility tours and explaining service offerings.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in studio management, operations, or a similar role within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with studio scheduling software and client management systems.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common studio equipment issues.
