Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Efficiently manage and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal calendar management for studio services and staff.
  • Process client payments, maintain accurate records, and handle basic billing queries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common studio spaces.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide support to studio staff and management on various ad-hoc projects.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
