Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain studio spaces for shoots, recordings, and events, ensuring they are clean and organized.
- Assist production teams with on-set needs, including setting up catering, refreshments, and comfort items for crew and talent.
- Manage and organize studio supplies, equipment inventory, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Execute various errands, both on-site and off-site, to support daily production activities and departmental needs.
- Ensure the general tidiness, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all studio areas, common spaces, and offices.
- Provide administrative support, such as making copies, organizing documents, distributing mail, or delivering messages.
- Assist with the safe setup and breakdown of basic studio equipment, under the supervision of technical staff.
- Act as a helpful, positive, and professional point of contact for all staff, clients, and visitors.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all studio safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies.

- Valid Quebec Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for off-site errands.
- Fluency in both English and French (oral and written) is considered a strong asset in Montreal.
