Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and support inventory reconciliation efforts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain transactions and documentation.
- Support the team in data collection, analysis, and generation of reports related to supply chain performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain-related inquiries or issues.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
- Learn and apply best practices in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the supply chain department.
