Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement process, including preparing and processing purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring, conducting physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Track and expedite orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any shipping or logistical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions, documentation, and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure efficient inbound and outbound material flow.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management and evaluation.
  • Contribute to the identification of process improvements and efficiencies within the supply chain.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the supply chain department.
