Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Part-Time Supply Chain Support Agent to join our thriving team in Old Harbour, St. Catherine. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the tracking and monitoring of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates within the inventory management system.
- Process and verify shipping and receiving documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to facilitate timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and other supply chain-related documentation.
- Generate reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics such as delivery times and stock levels.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding supply chain status and logistics.
- Support the procurement team by assisting with vendor communication and order placement.
- Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions or issues to senior management for resolution.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in an administrative support or logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
