Key Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-line telephone systems (switchboard) to answer, screen, and forward calls.
  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide callers with basic information, such as company addresses, directions, and hours of operation.
  • Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and communication records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and confirming meetings as needed.
  • Handle urgent and emergency calls with composure and follow established protocols.
  • Perform light administrative and clerical duties to support the call center team.
