Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and ordering.
- Accurately take and process customer orders, both in-person and over the phone.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and process card payments with precision.
- Package food and beverage orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and adherence to special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including front counter, dining areas, and food preparation surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring all items are readily available for service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues politely and efficiently, escalating complex situations to management.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
