Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding support, for a diverse range of roles.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide expert guidance on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and innovative direct sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and remote work readiness.
  • Ensure a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, anticipating talent gaps and market shifts.
  • Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams through the selection process, ensuring compliance with all hiring laws and company policies.
  • Negotiate offers of employment and extend formal offers, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and overall effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven ability to source and attract diverse talent using various online tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setting.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications
