Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support for various client roles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivations.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent market trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professional feedback, and transparent processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry best practices, recruitment technologies, and legal compliance related to hiring.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various professional roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
