Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support for various client roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivations.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent market trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professional feedback, and transparent processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, recruitment technologies, and legal compliance related to hiring.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various professional roles.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies.
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., CHRP, RPR).
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
