Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to candidate onboarding, for a variety of roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive and active candidates across diverse platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and advice on talent acquisition best practices.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate insightful reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment technologies to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the offer acceptance process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to developing a strong talent-centric culture.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, specialized job boards).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
