Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual and in-person) with candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars effectively.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information, interview notes, and process statuses.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and our career page.
- Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct initial resume screening for basic qualifications and experience as needed.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in organizing and potentially attending career fairs, university recruitment events, and other employer branding activities.
- Generate recruitment reports and track key metrics to provide insights into our hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial application to successful hire, acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English, with a professional and engaging tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, data management, and correspondence.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and data entry tasks.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such, Greenhouse, or Taleo is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage for diverse candidate interactions.
