Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student well-being and academic achievement.
- Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as breaks, lunch, and extracurricular events.
- Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and good citizenship among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a classroom teacher or instructor.
- Strong command of the subject matter to be taught.

- Proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English (oral and written).
