Job Description

You will employ a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of all students, provide timely and constructive feedback on academic progress, and meticulously assess learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons across various subjects/grade levels.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress regularly using diverse methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/guardians to support student success.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

Required Skills
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) appropriate for the subject/grade level.
