Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist students with learning activities, both individually and in small groups, reinforcing learning concepts.
- Help prepare classroom resources, displays, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive, safe, and orderly learning environment.
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying and organizing materials.
- Supervise children during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support children with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL) under the guidance of the teacher.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
