Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Account Manager to join our growing remote team. In this ‘Work from Anywhere’ role, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, serving as the primary technical point of contact for our key accounts. Your mission will be to ensure the successful adoption, optimization, and ongoing satisfaction of our clients with Career.zycto’s cutting-edge recruitment technology solutions. This isn’t just about problem-solving; it’s about proactively identifying opportunities for clients to leverage our platform more effectively, guiding them through complex integrations, and championing their needs internally to our product and engineering teams.

You’ll be instrumental in bridging the gap between our clients’ business objectives and our platform’s capabilities. This involves a deep understanding of our product suite, strong technical acumen to troubleshoot and explain intricate system behaviors, and exceptional communication skills to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Beyond daily support, you will conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and identify upsell opportunities by demonstrating the value and ROI of our solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor.
  • Onboard new clients, guide them through implementation processes, and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with engineering teams for resolution.
  • Conduct regular technical and business reviews with clients, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for platform optimization.
  • Translate client feedback and technical requirements into clear specifications for product development.
  • Develop and deliver technical training and documentation to empower clients to self-serve effectively.
  • Proactively identify client risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure long-term client success and retention.
  • Stay current with Career.zycto product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed client guidance.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in the HR Technology, Recruitment, or Staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with various programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for troubleshooting API integrations.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
