Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for assigned products, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to define, launch, and support products.
- Develop and deliver technical training, documentation, and presentations for various audiences, including sales, support, and customers.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex product issues, acting as an escalation point.
