Key Responsibilities
- Strategically source and attract top-tier technical talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for Career.zycto and its clients.
- Utilize and maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress and generate reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Proven ability to source and recruit for various technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, flexible environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting within the Singapore market.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and techniques.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, CDR).
- Experience with advanced boolean search and social media recruiting strategies.
