Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, release notes, and online help content for various products and services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams to gather information, understand product functionality, and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation repository, ensuring content is always up-to-date, easily accessible, and adheres to established style guides.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for a diverse international audience, considering cultural nuances and readability.
- Proactively identify documentation gaps and propose solutions to enhance user experience and product understanding.
- Participate in design reviews and product discussions to provide input on user interface text, terminology, and overall user journey.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a software or technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and vocabulary, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, Paligo, or similar CMS).
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely to various audiences.
