As a Tender Coordinator Assistant, you will play a crucial supporting role in the entire tender lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to final submission and post-analysis. You will work closely with our experienced Tender Manager and various internal departments, including sales, technical, and legal teams, to gather, organize, and compile all necessary documentation for competitive bids. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to strict deadlines, and maintain meticulous records will be key to your success in this role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring tender portals for new opportunities, reviewing tender specifications to understand requirements, and assisting in the preparation of compelling proposals. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal) to gather necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of tender documentation and deadlines.
- Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities.
- Conduct initial reviews of tender requirements and specifications.
- Support the Tender Manager in all aspects of the tender lifecycle.
- Manage communication channels with clients and stakeholders regarding tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines and internal procedures.
- Organize and archive tender-related documents efficiently.
- Participate in post-tender analysis and feedback processes.
