Key Responsibilities
- Operate textile machinery safely and efficiently according to production schedules and specifications.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and detect any irregularities.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting under supervision.
- Load raw materials onto machines and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Conduct quality checks on finished materials to identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status, issues, and ideas for improvement.
- Complete all required production logs and documentation accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
