Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians with tire mounting, dismounting, and balancing procedures.
- Perform tire rotations and flat tire repairs under supervision.
- Inspect tires for wear and damage, reporting findings to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with inquiries as needed.
- Support general garage maintenance tasks, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Learn and apply best practices for tire care and vehicle maintenance.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn quickly.
