Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a designated entry/exit point, ensuring controlled access.
- Accurately process payments for various services, fees, or access charges.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision.
- Issue receipts and maintain meticulous records of all transactions.
- Reconcile daily cash and payment totals at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests and visitors.
- Answer inquiries and provide directions or relevant information clearly and politely.
- Monitor entry/exit area for security purposes and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
