As a Toll Booth Cashier, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of efficiently managing and overseeing designated entry and exit points, ensuring smooth vehicle and pedestrian flow. Your daily duties will include accurately processing payments for various resort-related services, access fees, or private facility usage, utilizing our payment systems with precision. Maintaining meticulous financial records, issuing receipts, and reconciling daily transactions will be key aspects of your role, demanding a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Beyond transactional duties, you will provide warm, professional, and helpful assistance to all individuals entering and exiting the premises, answering queries and guiding them with a polite and welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage a designated entry/exit point, ensuring controlled access.
  • Accurately process payments for various services, fees, or access charges.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision.
  • Issue receipts and maintain meticulous records of all transactions.
  • Reconcile daily cash and payment totals at the end of each shift.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests and visitors.
  • Answer inquiries and provide directions or relevant information clearly and politely.
  • Monitor entry/exit area for security purposes and report any suspicious activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
