Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging tour itineraries specifically for international visitors, focusing on London's key attractions and cultural nuances.
- Lead and conduct tours with diverse groups of foreign tourists, providing expert commentary on historical, cultural, and contemporary aspects of London.
- Manage tour logistics, including transportation, timings, entry tickets, and dining arrangements.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to company policies and local regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating needs to enhance the overall tour experience.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and pace of different groups, demonstrating flexibility and cultural sensitivity.
- Research and stay updated on London's attractions, events, and relevant news to offer fresh and accurate insights.
- Handle administrative tasks such as tour bookings, participant registration, and feedback collection.

Required Skills
