Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of training materials, presentations, and documents.
  • Manage participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking for all programs.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and instructional designers, including calendar management and document organization.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of learning management systems (LMS) with course content and user data.
