Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across all departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and update engaging training modules, materials, and presentations using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses to employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs), making continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to develop specialized training content when necessary.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), tracking employee progress and training records.
- Stay abreast of new trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches into our training strategy.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional development journeys.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities, outcomes, and return on investment for senior management.
- Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated training or learning and development role.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

- Master's degree or professional certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
