Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, printing, and distribution of training materials, presentations, and handouts for various programs.
  • Manage participant registration processes, maintain accurate attendance records, and handle pre- and post-program communications.
  • Coordinate all logistical arrangements for training sessions, including venue setup, equipment testing, catering, and supply management.
  • Provide on-site administrative and basic technical support during workshops, seminars, and other training events.
  • Maintain and regularly update training calendars, participant databases, and essential program records with precision.
  • Collect and compile feedback forms, assist with data entry, and contribute to post-program evaluation reports.
  • Support trainers and program managers with various ad-hoc tasks, research, and administrative duties as required to ensure program success.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a proven track record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
