Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the logistical coordination and scheduling of training programs and workshops.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials, handouts, and necessary resources.
- Manage participant registrations, inquiries, and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Provide administrative support to program managers and instructors, including calendar management and communication.
- Maintain and update program databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as a primary point of contact for program participants regarding logistical questions.
- Support post-program activities, including feedback collection and basic reporting.
