As a Training Program Support Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of training coordination and administration. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and logistics for various training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials, presentations, and participant handbooks.
- Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry, course assignment, and tracking completion rates.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to arrange training facilities, equipment, and catering when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including managing calendars, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help facilitate post-training feedback collection and assist in analyzing evaluation data.
- Research and compile information to support the development of new training content and resources.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certification is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, even if unpaid or voluntary.
- A passion for learning and development, or an interest in human resources.
