Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
- Perform data entry of training completion, certifications, and qualification renewals into relevant systems (e.g., HRIS, LMS).
- Ensure all training documentation is correctly filed, both physically and electronically, and easily retrievable.
- Assist in the preparation of training reports and summaries as required by management or compliance bodies.
- Verify and cross-reference training data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding employee training status and record availability.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of training sessions, including managing participant lists.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations regarding employee information.
