Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination and scheduling of transport routes and driver assignments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and any operational changes.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and vehicle movements using internal systems.
- Address and resolve basic driver inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Support the dispatch team with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Monitor fleet status and report any discrepancies or delays to the Transport Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all dispatch activities.
- Assist in preparing daily reports on transport activities and performance.
