Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination and scheduling of transport routes and driver assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and any operational changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and vehicle movements using internal systems.
  • Address and resolve basic driver inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the dispatch team with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Monitor fleet status and report any discrepancies or delays to the Transport Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all dispatch activities.
  • Assist in preparing daily reports on transport activities and performance.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
