Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning strategies tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Utilize Career.zycto's online platform tools effectively (virtual whiteboard, chat, file sharing, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.
- Communicate regularly with students and, where appropriate, parents/guardians regarding progress and goals.
- Stay current with educational best practices and subject matter knowledge.

- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding complex concepts.
