Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient tyre fitting, removal, and replacement for a variety of vehicles.
- Conduct puncture repairs according to industry best practices and safety standards.
- Execute precise wheel balancing and alignment using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and pressure, providing expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the tyre bay.
- Assist with stock management of tyres and related components.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining work done and offering recommendations clearly.
- Operate and maintain workshop equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter in an automotive workshop setting.
- Proficiency in all aspects of tyre fitting, balancing, and repair.
- Strong understanding of tyre specifications, brands, and vehicle types.
