Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
- Present and articulate design decisions and concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects and process.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Demonstrable experience with information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
- Solid understanding of front-end development capabilities and limitations.
