Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas on foot or via company vehicle to deter criminal activity and ensure safety.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, and access points; permit entry.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to management.
- Document observations, activities, and incidents accurately in daily logs and incident reports.
- Enforce client policies and procedures with professionalism and respect.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Maintain a visible presence to ensure the security of personnel and property.
- Conduct regular checks of premises, including doors, windows, and gates.
Required Skills
- Valid Arizona Guard Card (Fingerprint Clearance Card) required.
- Minimum 6 months of security experience or relevant customer service role.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification.
