Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on products.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design engaging and visually appealing user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications (iOS/Android) ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Present and articulate design concepts, solutions, and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX/UI design.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing app and website interface designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with an excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and iconography.
- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation for UI.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure design effectiveness.
