Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload goods to designated locations within Kingston upon Hull and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation and manifests.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections, representing Career.zycto professionally.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and good order of the company vehicle.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving licence (Category B or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional van driving experience
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 penalty points
- Excellent knowledge of Kingston upon Hull and surrounding road networks
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
