Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive vendor management strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, ensuring they meet quality standards and strategic needs.
- Negotiate, review, and manage vendor contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure optimal value and mitigate risks.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, conducting regular business reviews and performance assessments.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and performance challenges.
- Manage vendor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Track and report on vendor spend, savings opportunities, and overall vendor portfolio health.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure vendor services meet business needs.
