Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vendor Manager to join our growing team in Gievenbeck, Münster. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive vendor management strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, ensuring they meet quality standards and strategic needs.
  • Negotiate, review, and manage vendor contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure optimal value and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, conducting regular business reviews and performance assessments.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and performance challenges.
  • Manage vendor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Track and report on vendor spend, savings opportunities, and overall vendor portfolio health.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure vendor services meet business needs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and new technologies in vendor management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
