Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full video production lifecycle, from ideation and script development to shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design) to understand project requirements and deliver video content that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools.
- Perform advanced video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on video trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance content quality and production efficiency.
- Oversee asset management, archiving, and organization of all video footage and project files.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of video production work (e.g., corporate, promotional, narrative).
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a strong visual aesthetic.
