Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and information compilation.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as required for various projects.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage virtual travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members with administrative tasks.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure operational continuity.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
