Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for a diverse portfolio of roles across various industries.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates using diverse channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, internal databases).
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries, insights, and recommendations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage logistics, and facilitate comprehensive feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future opportunities, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide regular, transparent updates and comprehensive reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and market insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, labor market conditions, and recruitment technologies to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software efficiently to manage candidate data, track progress, and streamline recruitment workflows.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record in agency or fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including advanced boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective virtual collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to discern top talent and cultural fit accurately.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive candidate and client information.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for highly specialized roles in sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, or engineering.
  • Familiarity with Singaporean labor laws, employment regulations, and local recruitment best practices.
  • Relevant certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., Certified Internet Recruiter – CIR, Professional in Human Resources – PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Singapore market (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil).
