Key Responsibilities
- Assist travel consultants with researching destinations, activities, and accommodation options.
- Prepare detailed itinerary proposals, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
- Manage and organize bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm details, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Monitor travel alerts and advisories, informing consultants and clients of any potential disruptions.
- Coordinate with local ground operators and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with post-travel follow-ups, gathering feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or the travel industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
