Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vocational Trainer in Technical Skills to join our dedicated team in Faiyum. This full-time position is pivotal in our mission to equip local youth and aspiring professionals with the practical, hands-on skills essential for careers in various industrial and technical sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs focused on core technical disciplines such as electrical installation, industrial mechanics, automation, and construction trades. You will play a critical role in fostering a learning environment that promotes safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules and curriculum for various technical skills, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial automation.
- Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions in a workshop or simulated work environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations, written tests, and observational feedback, providing constructive guidance for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and certification outcomes.
- Operate and maintain training equipment, tools, and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition and safe for use.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering a positive learning experience and preparing them for successful careers.
- Collaborate with industry partners and internal stakeholders to align training programs with market demands and company needs.
- Ensure all training activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in trainer development programs and workshops to continuously enhance pedagogical skills and technical knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in at least two technical fields (e.g., electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, industrial automation, HVAC, welding).
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in an industrial or vocational setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using common workshop tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Vocational Trainer Certification or equivalent pedagogical qualification.
- Experience working in a technical academy or vocational training institute.
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and blended learning methodologies.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
