Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow and assist experienced waiters in serving food and beverages to guests.
  • Learn proper table setting, service etiquette, and menu knowledge.
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously, anticipating their requests.
  • Help with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Understand and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to senior staff when necessary.
