Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist experienced waiters in serving food and beverages to guests.
- Learn proper table setting, service etiquette, and menu knowledge.
- Attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously, anticipating their requests.
- Help with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Understand and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen/bar.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to senior staff when necessary.
