Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through our menu offerings with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup, condiment replenishment, and clearing dishes efficiently.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, ensuring the establishment is ready for service or properly secured.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
