Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
  • Accurately pick and pack items for outbound shipments, adhering to order specifications and timelines.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support warehouse functionality.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Basic mathematical skills for counting and record-keeping.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (LGCSE/COSC).
  • Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or similar physical labor role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or basic warehousing processes.
