Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities against documentation.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including proper labeling, scanning, and staging for outbound delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet distribution schedules.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work the designated night shift hours (e.g., 9 PM – 5 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site during night hours.
